How hard the hard drive crumbles.

Hard drive is about dead on the computer so not sure if there will be a roundup or review for the weekly Haiku. Will see what I can do. My apologies in advance if I am not able to get it done.

Send thoughts and prayers that this guy can find a way to get it fixed.

Much Respect and Appreciation.

  1. No need to apologise – fingers crossed for a solution. My laptop has started doing the equivalent of coughing blood into a handkerchief, and it’s only a matter of time before whatever internal disease spreads irreparably… Things fall apart

  2. I live in fear of this very thing myself, Ron. It’s no fun. I have a computer wiz of a son-in-law who keeps fixing mine, but it’s only a matter of time. I like Susan Langer’s idea. Why not give it a go, and add a little for a backup system?
    Good luck, dear Ron!

  3. I imagine that before you can say “hard drive, shcmard drive” this is all going to right itself! Hang in there and see the outcome as better than you ever dreamed! (y)

  4. Ugh! I’ve been there…several times. My computer is basically the hub for my home based business and each time the hard drive went it pretty much equates to…the end of the world. Here’s to hoping … where there’s a will there’s a way. Sending happy thoughts and bytes from one hard drive to the other. XO

  5. I have experienced the “blue screen of death” only once. I have been neurotically backing up ever since. Sympathy and prayers for its restoration! 🙂
