Great post. My wife and I were just talking about how we handle stress. I throw myself into work. I’ve had a recent stressful situation and I have been writing like crazy during this period. My wife tends to be paralyzed by stress and emotional. I’m not sure which approach is better. I hold things inside and I haven’t checked my blood pressure lately.

Hi Don, we all have our moments, huh? Perhaps make a decision to stop thinking, drop to your heart space and breathe… sending you peace and calm! 🙂

🙂 It helps that she’s a therapist. 🙂

It certainly makes sense to “listen to your body.” Easier said than done!

Yes it is. Our minds get so busy and distracted that we don’t pay attention to our bodies. Patience and practice… and time 🙂
