My Top 10 Most Liked Blog Tip Posts of 2014.

When  I started blogging I never thought I would have anyone reading my work or following my blog. Honestly I just wanted to share what thoughts came to mind as a way to get them out of my head because I needed to. I mean I literally had to get all these things out or go crazy. A concussion will do that to you.

I was a teacher of students of ages 14-over 50 or 60 all in the same classroom. Then I was a trainer and manager in the business world. Teaching is in my blood somehow. If I learn it I share it.  And I like to share it as simply as possible. Well as simple as other people can understand. It isn’t always simple to make it simple for others to get it. But people have liked my Blogging Tips this past year and here they are my . . .

  1. Great advice. Though I am not so big on SEO, since Google search has way too much competition. Focusing on getting wordpress followers yields much better results than spending so much time and affort on SEO which is a hit or miss. I get solid results from interacting with other bloggers, follow blogs on wordpress.com and regularly comment on them and also cross-post on social media (Twitter, facebook, G+). I have regular traffic and none of it comes from search.

  2. Ron, you have produced wonderful posts for us and I want to thank you for all the help and support you give to those (like me) who sometimes need it. Without you, WordPress would not be the same or as much fun. You’ve really given me so much motivation and inspiration since I first started following your blog.

    • Thank you, Hugh.
I want to apologize for not being as loyal to you as you are to me. I read your blog but I don’t comment and forget to click like. You are always supportive of me even when I am quiet and disappear into this world I have created in this room I live in. I even fail at keeping our writing collaborations going in a timely manner. You are a very good friend, Hugh. You’re the real one making a difference around here. Just ask people and you will find out.

      • Ron, you never need to apologise to me. I consider you a great friend and believe when I say I can never thank you enough for all your support and encouragement. You are far busier on here than I am and I am just very grateful for the time you find for me. You are always there to help out and gave encouragement regardless of how much pressure you are under in getting posts written and published, as well as helping many others out.
I wish you every success in the coming New Year because you truly deserve it.
