If Walls Could Talk
by: Ronovan
Inspired by a Photograph by MaraEastern
I’ve stood through time
Lasted longer than life
Ages strive to mar me
To degrade me with strife
Yet I stand while they fade
Lives come and cover the old
But I ever remain firm
While the careless become cold

Thank you! There are a few words I would change but I believe there is a reason words are chosen in the moment, at least when a visual is the inspiration.

Yes, I share the same feeling with my pieces when I think that I could have changed this or that to something else… it was put there for a reason…Thank you for sharing 🙂
