Haha well I guess it depends on what they actually believe about how trees should be taken care of. They are more for the sustainable cutting down of trees rather than a total ban.

Many Americans identify environmentalists with what they call ‘tree huggers’ who will do anything to keep trees from being cut down. So the thought came to my mind, during a very bad migraine last night, of what do they write with? Do they buy pencils used from trees that have been cut down, or use plastic pens that are thrown away in landfills and never breakdown back into the earth. I’m not surprised it doesn’t make sense. Migraines don’t always produce good things. And thank you for replying that it did not make sense to you. Those are things I need to hear and all writers do.

Mix a little water with natural pigment, and God gave me ten free pencils at the end of my knuckle joints. Finger-paints, for the win!
