You got me thinking Ron …
Ranting and complaining come from a place of feeling out of control and sometimes being like a victim. You are right Ron – there is no direction here and it keeps you in a place of disempowerment … although we may feel a bit better after a good shout 😉
Thank you
Val
You do have to get it off of your chance, but you need to have a direction for it. 🙂 Some people just rant to be ranting. For others ranting actually is how they stay calm and in control. Rant away. Just do it for reason and not like so many of these ‘entertainment’ personalities who just like to try and stay relevant by ranting about something they don’t even care about.
OK, that’s a perfect match of words and visuals — I very much like the image you picked, and I’m a huge fan of the simple words you used to express your universal idea.
I love this one! As a notoriously hot-headed individual (what can I say? It’s my South American blood) I can certainly relate. May have to put this one on my fridge to remind me that getting PO is only bad for my heart. And for my sense of direction 😉
Hmmm maybe hot-headed is the wrong word to use. There are very specific things that get on my nerves really quick 😉 I have hypersensitive senses so if there’s e.g. music playing too loud I tend to get frustrated or annoyed. But you’re right! Passion loves poetry (boredom as well but that doesn’t sound very poetic …)
Words to live by Ron! 🙂

🙂 If it was ranting about liking my poem then you were ranting with direction. 😀

Yes, that was exactly what I was doing, ranting about liking your poem — but got taken away with some metaphysical considerations or what…
